6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered for work already delivered or hours already spent.

  • In the event of cancellation, the client is responsible for all completed work and expenses up to the cancellation date.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Respond to communication and approvals in a timely manner.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, visuals, branding, code, and materials are owned by PakAmGlobal unless otherwise stated.
  • Final deliverables become the client’s property only after full payment is received.
  • PakAmGlobal retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless restricted by NDA.

10. Communication Policy

SMS and digital communication are used strictly for business purposes and never shared with third-party marketers.

11. Limitation of Liability
