Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? We’re looking for a talented Executive Manager based in Pakistan to support our CEO in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global business environment.
As a strategic partner to the CEO, you’ll play a vital role in streamlining operations, managing high-level communications, and driving key initiatives across international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day and strategic support to the CEO
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, email, and communications
- Prepare presentations, reports, board decks, and business briefs
- Conduct research on markets, trends, and competitors
- Monitor KPIs, track project timelines, and follow up on deliverables
- Draft official proposals, agreements, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams and global stakeholders
- Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in C-level or executive support roles
- Strong understanding of U.S. business culture (real estate knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom, Trello/Asana
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability
Bonus Points:
- Prior experience in U.S. real estate or investment firms
- Familiarity with CRM, HRM, or ERP platforms
- Background in remote work settings
- Personal laptop and a stable internet connection
