About Us

PakAmglobal LLC is exploring opportunities in e-commerce solutions and system integration. We are seeking a skilled Shopify Systems Integrator to help our clients streamline their online stores, integrate third-party tools, and automate workflows. This is a strategic role for a growing team, offering exposure to complex e-commerce ecosystems and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Shopify Integration: Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Shopify stores and third-party tools, apps, and APIs.

Workflow Automation: Build and optimize automated workflows for inventory management, order processing, customer relationship management (CRM), and other operational tasks.

Customization: Customize Shopify themes and apps to meet client-specific requirements while maintaining performance and scalability.

Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless functionality across all systems.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of integrations, processes, and workflows.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Shopify, including Shopify Plus, API integrations, and app ecosystem.

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, APIs, and third-party system integration.

• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Integromat/Make, Shopify Flow) and webhooks.

• Proficiency in basic coding (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for customizations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration challenges.

• Strong communication skills to work with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or accounting system integrations (e.g., QuickBooks, Salesforce, NetSuite).

• Familiarity with cloud-based workflows, SaaS applications, and e-commerce analytics.

• Prior experience in consulting or system integration projects for multiple clients.

About Us

PakAmglobal LLC partners with real estate and consulting firms to provide specialized support in operations, technology, and client services. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our client’s contract and CRM needs.

Responsibilities

CRM Management: Use the Brivity CRM tool (or a similar real estate CRM tool) to manage customer data, track leads, and maintain accurate records.

Contract Drafting: Create and edit contracts using templates, inserting appropriate language from a content library, and submitting drafts for approval. Over time, produce near-final drafts requiring minimal revisions.

Independent Execution: Work independently with minimal supervision, drafting contracts and correspondence on behalf of senior leadership.

Communication: Handle professional email communication with clients and customers effectively.

Shift Coverage: Provide support during night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time or 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time), covering Thursday through Tuesday, including weekends.
