Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling and innovative designs that align with our brand’s vision and marketing objectives. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work, combined with proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of projects, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, website design, print materials, and more.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate key messages.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all marketing channels.
• Produce high-quality visual content for social media platforms, enhancing engagement and audience reach.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance design processes and outputs.
• Provide design support for events, including promotional materials, presentations, and event branding.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present design ideas and concepts.
