About Us
PakAmglobal LLC partners with real estate and consulting firms to provide specialized support in operations, technology, and client services. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our client’s contract and CRM needs.
Responsibilities
CRM Management: Use the Brivity CRM tool (or a similar real estate CRM tool) to manage customer data, track leads, and maintain accurate records.
Contract Drafting: Create and edit contracts using templates, inserting appropriate language from a content library, and submitting drafts for approval. Over time, produce near-final drafts requiring minimal revisions.
Independent Execution: Work independently with minimal supervision, drafting contracts and correspondence on behalf of senior leadership.
Communication: Handle professional email communication with clients and customers effectively.
Shift Coverage: Provide support during night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time or 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time), covering Thursday through Tuesday, including weekends.
Requirements
· Prior experience with Brivity CRM or a similar real estate CRM system.
· Strong writing and drafting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
· Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence.
· Flexibility to work night shifts and provide consistent coverage, including weekends.
Preferred Skills
· Background in real estate operations or contract administration.
· Familiarity with U.S. real estate processes and documentation.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
